Brand + creator · one clear workflow

Keep the idea alive
from brief to content.

Bring creator work into one workspace: an offer, applications, agreed terms, a sample or visit, deliverables and feedback. SABSUS Collaboration helps a business manage a specific collaboration, not another scattered collection of conversations.

Working data requires an account, permissions and relevant connections.

One brief

A product or service, references and expected deliverables

Two sides

The business and creator each see their next steps

Clear review

Files, links and revision requests stay with the terms

01 / A clear workflow

From an offer to accepted work

Suppose a brand is launching a product and wants photographs and videos from several creators. Finding participants is only the beginning: terms, samples and review also need a clear process.

  1. 01

    Prepare the offer

Select a product or service, location, available places, deadline and offer type. Add the brief, reference materials and content requirements.

  2. 02

    Agree participation

Review an application or invite an available creator. Business approval and the creator's acceptance of the terms are separate steps.

  3. 03

    Arrange the sample or visit

Create a linked sample order, or check service availability and confirm an appointment. A creator's preferred time is not yet a booking.

  4. 04

    Review the result

Open uploaded files and links, discuss details, request revisions or accept the work. Reward approval and recording an actual payment are separate actions.

02 / Working tools

The important details stay with the collaboration

01

Flexible offers

Support an unconditional gift, product for content, product plus a fee, discounted or returnable samples, a service experience and affiliate commission. Set deadlines, quota, fulfillment and required photos, videos or posts. An unconditional gift does not become an obligation to create content.

02

A directory of available creators

Explore profiles that creators have made searchable: city, bio, portfolio and account links. Invitations connect to an active campaign with available quota. This is a directory of SABSUS participants, not a database of every creator on the internet.

03

Terms and stages

Application, approval, acceptance, receipt, delivery and review remain distinct stages. A creator can request a deadline extension, which the business can approve or reject. Recorded terms help both sides revisit what was agreed.

04

Connected to Orders and Services

A sample links to an operational order, while a service appointment uses staff availability. The team can see the linked order or confirmed visit. These actions affect goods and schedules, so appropriate permissions and setup matter.

05

Deliverables and feedback

Keep collaboration messages, photographs, videos and brief materials together. Creators submit files and publication links; the business accepts the result or asks for specific changes. Publication metrics are entered manually, not treated as provider-verified analytics.

06

Rewards with a clear status

Approve an amount, review a payout request and record a payment already made as a Finance expense with its date, method and reference. Configurable referral records and reports support the programme, but do not replace attribution checks.

Two sides of the same work

The business runs the campaign.
The creator sees the agreement.

Explore the creator workspace

Collaboration is the business workspace. In SABSUS Creators, the creator discovers an offer, submits an idea, accepts terms and delivers content. A shared record connects these steps while each participant has their own actions.

  • The brief and revisions stay together instead of scattering across chats
  • Deadlines are extended through a request, not silently
  • Content usage terms are agreed for the specific campaign

03 / Illustrative scenarios

Three ways to work with creators

A product launch

Create an offer for a catalog product, specifying sample quantity and shooting requirements. After agreeing participation, arrange the sample, review the deliverables and request necessary changes before acceptance.

A service experience

Offer a salon or venue visit. Check the creator's preferences and actual availability, then confirm the appointment. Content and discussion remain attached to that collaboration.

A repeat programme

Review work stages, manually supplied publication metrics and available referral records. Approve an earned reward and record the payout only after the actual transfer outside this workspace.

These are workflow examples, not customer case studies or promised outcomes.

Requirements and boundaries

An agreement is not an automation of everything

Collaboration does not automatically publish social content or execute bank or PayPal transfers. Links and entered metrics do not establish reach, sales or unrestricted usage rights. Content licensing, additional contracts and paid-advertising rights must be agreed separately. Business use requires company-administrator access, a catalog and the relevant Orders or Services setup.

FAQ

The important
questions.

Is this a general internal teamwork app?

No. SABSUS Collaboration is for work between a business and content creators. SABSUS has other tools, such as FlowMap, for planning, tasks and collaborative visual work.

Where does the creator see the work?

In SABSUS Creators: the offer, terms, collaboration stage, linked order or appointment, messages and submitted materials. It is the creator's separate workspace connected to the Collaboration process.

Does it publish posts and fetch social metrics?

Those capabilities are not claimed here. Profiles and deliverables include account and publication links; publication metrics are manually entered and not provider-verified. Social automation is a separate SABSUS capability.

Does an approved reward mean money has been sent?

No. Approval, a payout request and recording an actual manual payment are separate steps. The service can save a Finance expense, but that record does not itself transfer money.

Can I offer a service instead of a product?

Yes. A campaign can offer a service or experience. Confirmation uses Services availability, staff and an available time; a creator's preference alone does not create a confirmed booking.
