Team operations

A schedule the business can use.
Not just a picture in a chat.

Connect employee calendars, recorded working time, roles and tasks to the work being done. SABSUS lets the team manage planned coverage and actual time in the same business environment as orders and appointments.

  1. 01 · Plan coverageSet working days, time windows and breaks.
  2. 02 · Assign responsibilityGive employees the roles and tasks they need.
  3. 03 · Record workKeep actual time entries distinct from the plan.
  4. 04 · ReviewResolve differences through an authorized workflow.

Planned time, available time and worked time are different.

An employee can be scheduled but already booked for a service. A planned shift can differ from the time actually recorded. SABSUS provides staff calendars and working-time records alongside business operations so managers can discuss these differences using the correct context.

Working calendars

Configure the employee's working days, time windows and breaks. Service availability also depends on existing bookings and the work being requested, not merely on whether a shift exists.

Staff scheduling

Recorded working time

Review employee time entries through the authorized workforce workflow. Correcting a record should retain the right employee and business context rather than replacing the original with an unrelated spreadsheet total.

Employee workspace

Roles and access

Separate a worker's operational tasks from management permissions. Access to appointments or orders should not automatically grant authority to change pay, issue refunds or alter other employees' records.

Tasks and team handoff

Attach the next action and responsible person to the business workflow. Use procedures and training material to explain what a successful opening, handover or closing task requires.

Tasks and procedures

Example: a changed service schedule

A staff member's working hours change. The manager reviews existing appointments before changing future availability, checks who owns any affected customer follow-up and keeps actual time recording separate. This example is about operational coordination, not automatic approval to move customer bookings.

Workforce records and payroll calculations are not a guarantee of labor-law compliance or tax filing. Country-specific payroll, employment rules and external provider requirements must be defined for the actual deployment.

Staff management questions

Does a shift guarantee that an employee is free for a booking?

No. Availability also depends on breaks, service duration, existing appointments and the selected service or resource configuration.

Can employees and managers have different access?

Yes. SABSUS uses employee roles and permissions. Configure access around the employee's responsibilities and verify sensitive changes with an appropriate management account.

Can working time be reviewed alongside business performance?

Use workforce records and business reporting together, with consistent dates, locations and definitions. Planned hours and recorded hours should not be mixed into an unexplained total.

Use a real shift, not a blank calendar.

Bring a typical day with breaks, appointments and a handover. Review the team's responsibilities and time records together.
