SABSUS · Scheduling and availability

Book the time your business can actually deliver.

An empty calendar cell is not a complete availability rule. SABSUS brings staff schedules, service duration and the relevant booking resource into the appointment workflow, alongside the customer, confirmation and payment.

  1. Define the serviceDuration, location and booking rules.
  2. Choose the resourceThe offered employee, product or table.
  3. Find available timeApply the relevant schedule and reservations.
  4. Keep the commitmentConnect the booking to the customer and next action.

A schedule built around real work

Employees and working hours

Build the customer-facing availability around the employee's working schedule. Different employees and locations do not need to share an identical set of opening hours.

Service duration and intervals

A short consultation and a long appointment occupy different periods. Configure service timing and the relevant intervals so the offered start times match your operating process.

Bookable products and capacity

For resource-based bookings, use the appropriate product and availability model. Existing reservations and the relevant quantity or capacity belong in the setup, not in an administrator's memory.

Tables and venue space

Use the table-booking workflow for offered venue tables. Where a valid venue layout is configured, the selection can use the actual table map rather than a decorative floor plan.

From the calendar to a complete customer visit

A useful booking record answers more than when someone is coming. It identifies the service, customer and responsible team member, and connects the visit to confirmation, communication and payment. SABSUS combines these workflows so a new appointment does not need to be recreated in a separate CRM or checkout tool.

For example, a salon can offer different appointment durations for different services, use each employee's schedule and apply a deposit rule to a paid service. After the visit, staff review the services and remaining amount, then collect payment through the configured checkout.

The booking resource depends on the scenario. Employee appointments, product-based reservations and table bookings are distinct workflows. A process requiring several resources at the same instant should be reviewed explicitly rather than assumed from a single-resource calendar.

Scheduling questions

Can staff have different schedules?

Yes. Configure availability around the relevant employees and locations instead of forcing every appointment into one shared timetable.

Can services have different durations?

Yes. Define the service timing and booking intervals for the actual appointment. Test a short and a long service to verify the available start times and preparation gaps.

Can the calendar connect to a deposit?

Yes. SABSUS connects bookings and payment workflows. Apply the required deposit to the appropriate service while keeping free consultation scenarios separate.

How should we test availability?

Check a normal working day, a closed period, an existing reservation and a changed appointment. Verify that the time offered to the customer is consistent with the relevant resource and service rules.
