Customer retention

An offer with clear rules.
A customer with a history.

Create promotions around the products, customers and channels they are intended for. SABSUS connects discounts, loyalty and customer history to the order, so the offer shown by marketing can be checked against the sale at checkout.

  1. 01 · Define the offerChoose the benefit and commercial conditions.
  2. 02 · Set eligibilityUse the intended customer group, schedule and channel.
  3. 03 · Apply to the orderEvaluate the actual basket and applicable rules.
  4. 04 · Review outcomesCompare purchases and returns, not just coupon distribution.

Make the checkout match the promise.

A promotion is more than a banner. The business needs a consistent answer to who qualifies, which items count, when the offer is active and where it can be used. SABSUS promotion configuration supports defined discount types and conditions within the same order workflow as the customer and products.

More than a blanket percentage

Configure percentage or fixed discounts, item-level benefits, special prices and gift-style promotions as appropriate to the offer. The final effect must be understandable in the order summary.

Customer and channel conditions

Use eligible customer groups, coupon conditions, schedules and sales channels. An offer intended for one context should not become an unrestricted discount everywhere.

Loyalty with purchase context

Connect the configured loyalty program to the customer record and sale. Staff can understand the relationship beyond the latest visit, while the customer-facing app provides a branded place for the ongoing experience.

Customer application

Follow-up that respects permission

Use customer history to plan relevant follow-up through configured communication tools. Contact information is not permission for every marketing channel; keep consent and opt-out handling in the operating process.

Marketing tools

Example: a targeted weekday offer

A business defines an offer for a selected customer group and time window. The eligible basket receives the configured benefit; an order outside the window does not. The team then reviews the resulting sales and discount cost. This is a planning example, not a forecast of additional revenue.

Check how overlapping offers, taxes, partial returns and cancellations affect the final calculation before launch. A loyalty balance or coupon should not be described as a bank account or an unrestricted cash-equivalent payment product.

Promotion questions

Can offers depend on the customer or sales channel?

Yes. Promotion conditions can use customer groups, schedules, channels and coupon requirements. Test both an eligible and an ineligible order before publishing the campaign.

Does every promotion improve profit?

No. Review the cost of the benefit, product margin and resulting purchasing behavior. More redemptions do not automatically mean a better commercial outcome.

Can loyalty work alongside the POS and customer app?

Yes. SABSUS connects those parts of the business. The actual earning, spending and visibility rules are established by the configured program.

Test the offer before the customer sees it.

Bring one campaign and its exceptions. Review the customer, basket, benefit and final order total together.
