Vacancies and your career page
Configure the company description, page sections, active vacancy cards and salary visibility. Forms support required fields, different question types and files. Public applicants do not need recruiter access.
Hiring and the handoff into your team
Vacancies, applications, stages, interviews, conversations and documents should not live in disconnected lists. Recruiter connects hiring with tasks and onboarding in SABSUS. Decisions about people stay with people.
Working data requires an account, permissions and relevant connections.
Vacancy → application → interview → decision
Stages, messages, documents and next actions
Employee handoff and onboarding are a separate step
01 / A clear workflow
Suppose a company needs a shift coordinator. Define the role, open applications, gather interview context and hand a selected employee into onboarding without losing the agreed next steps.
Set out responsibilities, terms and stages. Prepare a career page and the relevant application questions.
Review applications in the pipeline, keep their materials together and assign next actions.
Set the time, time zone and interviewer. Record observations and a recommendation for a human decision.
After a separate hiring decision, create the appropriate employee link and prepare first-day tasks.
02 / Working tools
Configure the company description, page sections, active vacancy cards and salary visibility. Forms support required fields, different question types and files. Public applicants do not need recruiter access.
Keep the vacancy-linked application, stage and materials together. The team can see what has been reviewed and what should happen next. A stage is a workflow state, not an automatic judgment of a person's suitability.
Set the date, time zone, format, duration and interviewer. You can create a SABSUS Calls link and export an ICS event. Creating a link does not send an invitation to the candidate; meeting updates need separate attention.
Use an available connected channel through SABSUS Social, a template or a reviewed AI message draft. Edit the text before explicit sending. Acceptance by the messaging service and confirmed delivery are different states.
Connect offer and document preparation to the hiring process through SABSUS Documents. Keep context alongside the application. An employee handoff record is not a substitute for a signed agreement or automatic legal completion.
After the decision, prepare onboarding checklists, owners and deadlines. Available employee, position and scheduling operations connect to the shared SABSUS system and its permissions rather than a separate duplicate team.
AI can assist with a reply draft in a linked conversation. Review it, edit it and insert it into a message before a separate send action. This is not automatic candidate ranking, hiring or rejection. Channel, document and team-operation permissions remain in effect.
03 / Illustrative scenarios
The application belongs to the right vacancy. Its owner reviews the materials, schedules an interview with a time zone and records observations for team discussion.
Prepare a reply in the existing conversation, review the AI draft and send through an available channel. Check delivery separately from the application's stage.
After a human decision, perform the employee handoff and prepare onboarding tasks: who will welcome the person, what to explain and which materials to provide.
These are workflow examples, not customer case studies or promised outcomes.
Requirements and boundaries
The available payroll area can prepare, review and approve a calculation with its sources and limitations. It does not transfer money or file taxes. Built-in federal tax calculation is limited to the US, tax year 2026 and W-4 2020+; local taxes and other countries require reviewed amounts. Publishing is provided for the native careers page; external job-board posting is not claimed here. Saved automation settings do not establish execution, and hiring decisions do not become automatic.
FAQ
It organizes vacancies, career pages, applications, pipeline, interviews, linked conversations and documents, followed by a separate employee and onboarding handoff. Actions depend on permissions and connections.
The public application form does not require recruiter sign-in. Submission provides a receipt and a personal status link. That link is not intended for public sharing.
The interview workflow can create a SABSUS Calls link. Invitation sending and the current meeting time are checked separately. A created link does not mean the candidate has been notified.
No such capability is promised. AI assistance in the described workflow concerns message drafting. Interviews, assessment, hiring decisions and employee handoff remain team-controlled actions.
