SABSUS

Sales pipeline CRM

A next action for every lead.
A real handoff for every sale.

Organize opportunities by stage, assign responsibility and keep follow-up tasks with the customer conversation. SABSUS connects the sales process to orders and service operations, so a successful deal does not become another manual re-entry job.

  1. 01 · CaptureRecord the request, contact and source.
  2. 02 · QualifyClarify the service, scope and next step.
  3. 03 · Follow throughAssign the owner, stage and follow-up task.
  4. 04 · DeliverConnect the accepted sale to its operational order.

A board is useful only when the team knows what to do next.

Use stages that describe actual decisions: a new request, a conversation in progress, an offer awaiting an answer, a won deal or a lost opportunity. Keep the next task and responsible person attached to the record. A colorful column should not hide a customer waiting for a response.

Conversation and context

Work with the customer history and connected communication channels. Preserve the request and agreed details instead of asking the customer to repeat everything when another employee takes over.

Unified conversations

Follow-up with ownership

Assign tasks and deadlines around the sales stage. A manager can review outstanding work and the next action, not just the total number of open leads.

Tasks and procedures

From lead to order

Use the configured CRM-to-order workflow to keep the customer and agreed work connected. Define which stage triggers the handoff and what must be complete before fulfillment starts.

Order management

Automation with clear rules

Connect repeatable steps through SABSUS Flow: create a task, route a request or notify the responsible team. Review permissions and confirmation rules for actions that affect money or customer commitments.

Business workflows

Example: a service request becomes scheduled work

A customer asks for a service through the website. The sales team clarifies the request, records the agreed scope and schedules a follow-up. Once accepted, the configured handoff connects the sale to the order. The service team receives the customer context, while payment remains a separate confirmed transaction. This is an example, not a promised conversion increase.

Questions about pipeline setup

Can different teams use different sales stages?

Configure the pipeline around each working process. Stage names, ownership and handoff conditions should match how the business qualifies and delivers work rather than an imported template.

Does “won” automatically mean “paid”?

No. Sales stage, order progress and payment status answer different questions. Keep them connected without treating a sales decision as confirmation from a payment provider.

Can existing leads be moved into SABSUS?

Plan the migration around contacts, source fields, stages, owners and open tasks. Test a representative import and duplicate handling before moving the full working pipeline.

Bring one lead that is difficult to hand over.

Use its messages, next task and accepted scope to test the complete path from first contact to operational work.
