SABSUS · Online and in-person operations

Your customer changes channels. The business context stays connected.

An online order, an appointment deposit and a payment at the counter should not become three disconnected records. SABSUS connects sales channels to orders, customers, inventory and fulfillment, with supported readers and Tap to Pay for in-person collection.

Connect the parts that otherwise need re-entry

Unified commerce means managing the customer transaction across channels with shared operational context. It is not simply placing an online payment button next to a cash register. Your team needs to know what was ordered, whether it was paid, which stock or staff are involved and what the customer expects next.

Website to pickup

Connect the online order to the selected pickup workflow. Staff work from the order and its payment status instead of retyping a website notification into the POS.

Booking to counter payment

Keep the scheduled service, employee and customer together. Review any advance payment before collecting the remaining amount with the configured in-person method.

Sale to inventory

Connect product sales and the relevant stock process. A payment event, a physical handover and a stock movement are related, but they should not be confused with the same action.

Order to delivery

Carry the order context into dispatch and fulfillment. The team can distinguish the delivery stage from the payment state without depending on separate chat messages.

Keep three states clear: order, payment, fulfillment

A paid order may still be waiting for collection. A completed service may have an unpaid balance. A refund does not automatically mean that a product has returned to sellable stock. SABSUS connects these workflows while giving the team the context needed to handle each step correctly.

For a multi-location business, decide which location owns the order, which team fulfills it and who may approve changes. Demonstrate a real cross-channel scenario rather than evaluate the platform only through separate lists of features.

A unified operational view does not mean every provider supports identical payment methods, cross-account refunds or settlement rules. Merchant accounts, country availability and hardware compatibility remain part of the payment configuration.

Unified commerce questions

Is this only for online stores?

No. It also fits businesses that combine appointments, on-site services, physical retail, direct online orders and delivery. The useful combination depends on how your customers buy.

Does SABSUS support in-person payment devices?

Yes. Supported card reader connections and Tap to Pay are available as part of the payment workflow. The exact setup is confirmed for the device, provider and country.

Can I use customer history across these workflows?

SABSUS connects customer records with orders, appointments and communication. The correct customer association and employee permissions are essential to a reliable history.

What should we test before switching systems?

Test an online order, a pickup, a service with a deposit, a declined payment and a refund. Confirm the order, customer, payment and fulfillment records at each stage.
