The practitioner's workday

Focus on the client.
The context is close at hand.

Your appointments and shifts, service execution, notes, extra materials and communication in one practitioner workspace. Master uses shared SABSUS context while focusing on the practitioner's day rather than the full administration panel.

Working data requires an account, permissions and relevant connections.

01 / A clear workflow

From visit preparation to the next step

A practitioner needs a clear picture of the day, not every company setting. Who is arriving, what was agreed, which materials were used and what should be saved afterwards?

  1. 01

    Prepare

Open your day, next appointment and available client history. Check assigned services and shifts.

  2. 02

    Start the work

Select the service and start timed or untimed work. Pause and resume the timer when needed.

  3. 03

    Save the details

Record a note, formula or result. Separately enter additional material usage beyond what the technical card already includes.

  4. 04

    Finish deliberately

Finish the work, then separately check visit status and payment. Prepare a repeat appointment when needed and permitted.

02 / Working tools

Practitioner tools, not a copy of the admin panel

01

Your day and shifts

The main calendar shows a day with a date selector. My Shifts provides a separate monthly view of working days and available settings. Blocking time for new bookings does not cancel existing visits; review those separately.

02

Timed and untimed work

For an available service line, start and finish timed or untimed work. The timer can be paused and resumed. Notes, formulas and results stay with the visit. The timer does not calculate payroll or charge the client.

03

Additional materials

Select the material, storage, reason and positive quantity, then add a comment. Enter only usage beyond the technical card to avoid duplicate deductions. This is a separate inventory action, not an automatic consequence of starting a timer.

04

Client context and follow-up

Open available client history and details, and create or repeat appointments where permitted. Services, prices, availability and statuses depend on company data. Legacy appointment sources may have editing restrictions.

05

Messages and calls

Communicate through connected company channels. Available telephony includes a browser phone and a route that calls the practitioner first, then the client. A configured route, permissions and provider requirements apply. The browser phone requires call recording; consent and applicable recording rules must be handled separately.

06

Profile and portfolio

Add experience details, portfolio photographs and videos with titles, descriptions and visibility settings. Language versions are entered explicitly, not presented as automatic translation. Visit metrics are not personal earnings.

Different actions have different results

The work is finished.
The visit still needs review.

The administrator workspace

Finishing work stops the timer. It does not itself confirm visit status, payment or additional material usage. Keeping these steps separate helps the practitioner see what actually happened and what remains.

  • Visit status changes through a separate permitted action
  • Payment is checked against its actual outcome
  • Materials should not be deducted twice

03 / Illustrative scenarios

Three workday scenarios

Prepare for a client

Review the next appointment, services and available history. If you need to block free time, separately check existing bookings.

Record the work result

Start timed or untimed work, save a note and enter extra materials. After finishing, check visit status and settlement in separate steps.

Prepare the next visit

Choose an available service and time from the client context. With the required permissions and Stripe setup, prepare a payment link; sending it to the client remains a separate action.

These are workflow examples, not customer case studies or promised outcomes.

Requirements and boundaries

Practitioner access is not administrator access

Master access, a correctly assigned practitioner, location, services and shifts are required. Booking creation, schedule changes, settlement and communication depend on roles and connections. Master does not promise autonomous AI operation, offline booking, universal terminal support or payroll calculation. Visit metrics describe services and orders, not employee earnings.

FAQ

The important
questions.

Is Master the SABSUS super-administrator?

No. It is the practitioner workspace for a service business. Company administration belongs in Services and other permitted tools.

Does stopping the timer complete and pay the visit?

No. Work execution, visit status, payment and extra material usage are separate actions that need checking in their relevant context.

Does blocking a day cancel existing appointments?

No. Blocking availability does not cancel existing appointments. Review and handle them separately.

Is the amount in My Results my pay?

No. Those are service and order metrics in the selected context. Employee compensation is a separate process.

Can every practitioner call and take payments?

No. They require permissions, company setup, connected channels or providers and, for hardware actions, compatible equipment. Availability is checked for the specific workflow.
