Mobile service teams
Finish a visit, review the agreed work and collect payment on site. The payment belongs to the service order, so the office can distinguish completed work from an outstanding balance.
SABSUS · Contactless payments
With SABSUS Tap to Pay, a compatible phone becomes a contactless payment device. Keep the payment connected to the order, appointment and customer instead of recording the sale in one system and the money in another.
A standalone payment total does not explain what was sold, who served the customer or what remains to be done. SABSUS brings payment collection into the same operational workflow as your POS, customer records and service orders. Staff can follow the transaction back to the work rather than rely on notes or a separate spreadsheet.

Connect the appointment to checkout. Check the deposit and remaining balance before collecting the final payment, then retain the visit in the customer history.
Use a compatible mobile setup for a temporary selling point while keeping products, customers and sales within your business system.
Add a mobile collection option to an attended workflow. A phone payment should remain linked to the same order and staff responsibility as a counter transaction.
The tap is only one step. Start with the correct order or appointment, review the items or services, and account for any deposit already paid. Collect the outstanding balance through the configured payment flow, then check the result before treating the order as paid.
At the table, use the guest's order rather than entering a total with no reference to the sale. The team can follow the payment back to the items and the employee handling checkout. A supported Tap to Pay setup removes the need for a separate reader for that contactless payment.
For payment on delivery, distinguish handing over the order from collecting its outstanding balance. Check the payment result before confirming collection. A declined attempt is not evidence that the customer has paid.
Review the services actually provided and deduct the deposit already collected before requesting the final payment. Keep the appointment, customer and payment in the same workflow instead of asking reception to reconcile an unexplained transfer later.
When connectivity interrupts confirmation, review the existing payment attempt before starting another. Do not assume that the absence of a success screen means that no payment occurred. Use the provider's supported recovery process.
Choose Tap to Pay when mobility and a compact setup are the priority. Choose a supported card reader when you need a dedicated customer-facing payment device. SABSUS supports both approaches; the appropriate setup depends on your business, provider and equipment.
Compatibility is checked for the specific phone, operating system, payment provider, merchant country and app setup. Having NFC alone does not establish support. Card processing fees and settlement terms come from your payment arrangement, not from the presence of a Tap to Pay button.
Not for a supported Tap to Pay setup: the compatible phone accepts the contactless payment. A separate reader remains an option for counter-based workflows or other supported acceptance methods.
No universal device or browser compatibility is implied. Confirm the exact device, operating system and provider combination before choosing equipment or deploying the workflow.
A declined attempt is not a paid order. Staff should review the payment result before retrying or selecting another method, while keeping the original order and customer context.
Yes. SABSUS combines appointment management, customer records and payment workflows. Deposit rules, final collection and the selected payment method are configured around your service process.
Choose a table payment, delivery or salon appointment. Bring your phone model and payment provider, and review both an ordinary sale and a case involving a deposit or declined payment.
