Customers and enquiries
Anna · hair color
Reel → DM → bookingReel: soft color treatment. The customer asks about the result on dark hair.
Can this work on dark hair? I'd like to book a consultation.
SABSUS AILet's start with a consultation so the stylist can assess your current color. Would tomorrow at 2:00 or 5:30 work for you?
Tomorrow at 5:30. Thank you!
Comments need rules
Support real questions. Review what should be removed.
Use moderation rules for spam and abuse, while keeping normal customer questions visible. Agree which actions are automatic and which need a person.
An unrelated promotion with a suspicious link
My order was late. How can I reach you?
You define moderation rules. Hiding and deletion depend on platform and account permissions. Service complaints are retained so the problem can be resolved.
Beyond one feed
Add channels when the process is ready
SABSUS Social also describes workflows for Threads, Telegram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Each connection has its own prerequisites and available actions.
Threads and Messenger
Plan publication work, follow responses and keep incoming interest connected to a responsible person. Verify the available actions for the connected account.
Telegram Bot or Wazzup
A bot handles incoming conversations after the user contacts it. An account connected through Wazzup is a different setup, with its own channel conditions.
A practical launch
Start with one channel and one customer question
Connect the account
Confirm the account, permissions and provider requirements. Connect only the channels in the agreed scope.
Prepare the answers
Choose publications, company knowledge and instructions for the first scenario. Define what the assistant should ask.
Assign ownership
Agree the handoff point, working team and next action. Match customers using available contact evidence.
Review the outcome
Test a normal question, missing information and a handoff. Review the record and any approved follow-up before expanding.
A separate channel decision
Follow up through the connection that permits it
The example below is WhatsApp/Wazzup, not an extension of Instagram permissions. WABA outside the 24-hour window requires an approved template, appropriate consent and applicable provider charges.
Follow up when your business needs to.
Revisit an enquiry after three days. Remind someone about a booking. Tell them a product is back in stock. Your team continues from SABSUS while the configured workflow handles the available sending method.
- Customer history and commitments at hand
- The right number, channel and owner
- Less manual work tracking the messaging window
Hello! The bouquet you liked is available again. Shall we prepare an order for tomorrow?

Questions before setup
Know what to expect
Is this only an Instagram inbox?
No. The described SABSUS Social workflow can connect supported Instagram, Messenger, Threads, Telegram and WhatsApp scenarios. Each channel is configured separately and its available functions must be confirmed.
Does AI reply without knowing the publication?
The scenario can use the publication, company knowledge and configured instructions. The answer quality depends on the information and permissions actually available.
Can a teammate take over?
Yes. Handoff is part of the described workflow. Agree who receives the conversation, what context is recorded and which actions remain with a person.
Do the demos send messages or create orders?
No. The conversation and follow-up examples change local display state only. The separate demo-request form sends an inquiry only when you complete and submit it with consent.
Your next step
Bring one conversation that should work better
Describe the publication, customer question and desired next step. We can discuss the connection, data, team ownership and controls for that scenario.
Tell us about the process. Please do not include passwords, API keys or customer records in this inquiry.

Context before automation
The right reply depends on what the customer saw
Connect the message to the actual publication and approved company information. Automation needs a defined next step and a clear handoff when the answer is uncertain.
Publication context
A product post and a service Reel need different answers. Use the publication’s topic and configured instructions.
Company knowledge
Use the available catalog, service details and business rules. Ask for missing information instead of filling it in.
An agreed next step
Qualify a request, prepare an appointment or hand it to the team. Actual actions depend on connected modules and permissions.
