Order fulfillment

One order.
The right way to receive it.

Let the customer choose pickup or delivery, then carry that decision through the catalog, checkout and team workflow. SABSUS connects online ordering, preparation, pickup screens and courier operations without turning each handoff into a separate customer record.

  1. 01 · Choose fulfillmentPickup or delivery establishes the order context.
  2. 02 · Build the orderShow products available for the selected setup.
  3. 03 · PrepareGive the team the items, choices and customer instructions.
  4. 04 · Hand overFollow the correct pickup or courier path.

The delivery choice changes more than a label.

A customer collecting an order needs the right location and handover information. A delivery customer needs an eligible address and a workable delivery process. SABSUS keeps the fulfillment method with the order so employees do not need to infer it from a message after the sale.

Availability by order type

Configure the products offered for each order type. A pickup-only item should not stay purchasable when the customer changes to delivery. Recheck the cart in the new context rather than silently keeping an invalid selection.

Catalog and options

Preparation and pickup

Pass the order to the configured preparation workflow. Kitchen displays and pickup screens give the team and customer a clearer view of readiness without mixing preparation status with payment status.

Pickup screens

Local delivery operations

Connect delivery zones, assignment and the courier application. Keep the address, instructions and order context together, with the live map available for the configured delivery workflow.

Courier application

Payment at the appropriate moment

Use the available online payment method or an attended collection workflow. A courier can use supported Tap to Pay; acceptance still depends on the configured provider, country, device and application.

Tap to Pay

A useful exception test

Example: the customer adds a pickup-only product, then switches to delivery. The checkout should explain the availability change and require a valid cart. Later, a “ready” preparation status should not imply that the order has already been collected or paid. Each step has its own meaning.

Fulfillment questions

Can the website and POS use the same operational order system?

Yes. SABSUS connects online and staff-created orders to the company's operating workflow. Configure the channel, establishment, available products and status transitions before rollout.

Is local delivery the same as parcel shipping?

No. Courier dispatch and delivery zones are different from postal labels, carrier rates and parcel tracking. Confirm a specific shipping integration separately rather than assuming every courier or postal service is connected.

Can I keep my own brand?

Yes. The customer-facing website and app can be part of a white-label setup while orders remain connected to the back office.
