SABSUS · Cost and launch guides

Budget for the work. Then choose the system.

A subscription is one part of the decision. Choose the guide for your business, then include setup, usage, equipment and team time in the same budget.

Choose the budget you need to understand

Each guide focuses on the inputs and tradeoffs for a particular decision. The examples are planning aids, not a quote or a promised return.

Restaurant operations

Include the register, kitchen, direct orders, delivery, stock and support. Count devices and integrations before comparing the monthly amount.

Salon booking and CRM

Map appointments, reminders, deposits, staff work and client history. Distinguish a booked appointment from a completed, paid visit.

Field service teams

Account for dispatch, technician access, parts, documents and payment collection. Include time spent resolving incomplete jobs.

Retail and inventory

Compare product variants, purchasing, returns, counts and online sales. Check the staffing cost of reconciling stock differences.

Multi-location operations

Model shared catalogs, local access, reporting and rollout by location. Separate central work from costs repeated at each site.

Customer app and marketplaces

Compare setup, support, customer acquisition and order economics. Use your own order volume and channel mix in the calculation.

AI voice and human handoff

Include call volume, duration, provider usage, integration and review time. Count resolved tasks rather than assuming every call is automated.

Total cost of ownership

Bring recurring payments, one-time work, usage and exit costs into one view. State the assumptions behind every savings estimate.

Implementation planning

Organize process mapping, data, roles, integrations and training around acceptance checks. Agree the schedule for your actual scope.

Migration and reconciliation

Identify source records, opening balances, open orders and the cutover owner. Plan reconciliation and recovery before switching the team.

Put these lines in the same budget

Use a time horizon that matches your decision and keep assumptions visible.

  1. Platform and service

Record the plan, included work, billing period and support scope from the current offer.

  2. Setup and migration

Count preparation, configuration, cleanup, training and reconciliation. Self-setup is available; assisted work is a separately agreed option.

  3. Volume-dependent charges

Identify payment processing, communications, AI and other external providers. Check what is billed separately and by whom.

  4. Change and exit

Include future configuration changes, device replacement and data export. Ask what remains available if the contract ends.

Questions worth clarifying

Are the guides a current price list?

No. They explain how to build a budget. Use the pricing page for current SABSUS plans and confirm implementation and provider costs for your configuration.

Can I include expected savings?

Yes, as an explicit scenario. Use measured current costs, avoid counting the same benefit twice and separate assumptions from verified results.

Is assisted implementation mandatory?

Self-setup is allowed. Assisted implementation is optional and depends on the agreed work; review the implementation page before including it in your budget.

Your next step

Bring your assumptions into the open

Start with actual volumes, existing bills and the time your team spends on the process. Use the calculator as a planning scenario and verify the final scope in a current offer.
