Data Deletion

How to request deletion of data in SABSUS.
What can be requested
You can request deletion of a customer profile, user profile, test data, demo data, marketing contacts or other records connected to your account or company.
How to submit
Email support@sabsus.com from the account email. Include company, user, data type, request reason and confirmation that you are authorized to request deletion.
Limits
Some records may be retained when required for accounting, security, legal obligations, order history or fraud prevention.
Timing
Processing time depends on data volume, company structure and whether owner or administrator confirmation is required.
Verification
Deletion requests require verification because SABSUS may contain business records, customer data, staff data, order history, signed documents, payments and integrations. Support may ask for confirmation from an account owner or administrator before deleting company-level data.
Partial deletion
In some situations, only part of the data can be deleted. For example, a marketing contact may be removed from campaigns while an order receipt remains for accounting. A user profile may be deactivated while operational history remains attached to business records. The final handling depends on the data type and legal or operational obligations.
Operational records
Some operational records may be linked to orders, payments, documents, inventory movements, employee actions or audit history. Removing one record can affect reports, receipts, customer history or legal records. For this reason, deletion may be performed as removal, anonymization, deactivation or exclusion from marketing depending on the situation.
How to speed up the process
Include identifiers when possible: account email, company name, customer phone or email, order number, document name, approximate date, module name and a clear explanation of what should be removed. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in the request.
